SHAREHOLDERS (property owners)

Because AMWC is a mutually-owned water utility, its shareholders, who are ultimately responsible for payment of the account, are required to receive the water bills (paper or electronic).

To protect AMWC shareholder information, AMWC limits registration and access to its payment portal to shareholders or their authorized agents. 

Once registration is complete, you will be able to log in and have the ability to:

  • View or print your water bills
  • Opt for e-bills
  • Suppress paper bills
  • Set up automatic payments using a credit or debit card
  • View transaction and usage history 

TENANTS

Tenants will receive paper bills addressed to "OCCUPANT" at the service address and can use the "Quick Pay" option CivicPay Online - Quick Payment (merchanttransact.com) to pay their water bills. Other payment options for tenants include: calling (805) 464-3111, mailing a check, paying at our office, or dropping a check in our drop box.

IF YOUR WATER HAS BEEN SHUT OFF DUE TO NON-PAYMENT, PLEASE CALL (805) 466-2428 TO LET AMWC STAFF KNOW YOU HAVE MADE A PAYMENT SO YOUR WATER CAN BE TURNED BACK ON.
